North Metro Children's Alliance Center is a program serving abused and neglected children and children who witness crime in Adams and Broomfield Counties. It is a child-focused program based in a facility that allows, law enforcement, prosecution, child protection professionals, and the medical and mental health communities to work together when intervening in child abuse cases.
The Center provides a comfortable and child-friendly environment designed to meet an abused child and non-offending family member's need for warmth, support and protection.
Who is North Metro CAC?
The North Metro Childrens Advocay Center is a community-based program working to strengthen the response to child abuse and neglect while coordinating:

- Interviews of the child and family
- Medical services
- Case review
- Community referrals
- Training
Making a difference in the life of an abused child...
Child abuse and neglect knows no boundaries. It is a serious problem world-wide. Reports of abuse have increased steadily over the years. Over 6,700 cases of child abuse and neglect will be investigated in Adams and Broomfield Counties this year. Professionals working together reduces the trauma of the investigative process and provides coordinated services to the child and his/he family.
